Heritage, cultural and museum management
A specialized training program dedicated to building the capacities of cultural leaders, students, and professionals in the fields of archaeology, heritage, and museum management. Implemented over three years (2020-2022), the program successfully trained approximately 4,000 participants from Egypt, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Tunisia, Morocco, and Libya.

Target Age Group: 18 to 40 years
Beneficiaries: Students, graduates of archaeology faculties, and workers in the heritage and museum sectors
Delivery Mode: Hybrid, with several components implemented online
Program Duration: 3 years (2020-2022)
The program aimed to train and qualify young professionals to work in archaeological and heritage sites by introducing them to effective administrative systems, management techniques, and advanced methods in conservation, documentation, and museum management. As a result, participants enhanced their skills, adopted sustainable practices, fostered cross-cultural collaboration across the MENA region, and contributed to preserving and promoting national heritage.
